When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business information, website URL, service requirements, budget information and project details.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to assess project fit, respond to you, manage potential client relationships, prepare proposals and improve our services. We do not sell enquiry information to advertisers.
CRM and form processing
Our project enquiry form is provided through HubSpot. Information submitted through that form is transmitted to and stored within our HubSpot CRM so that we can manage and respond to enquiries. HubSpot may process information on our behalf in accordance with its own privacy and data-processing terms.
Homepage audit and automated assistance
When you request a homepage audit, we use the information you submit, including your website URL, to prepare and respond to the request. Automated tools may assist with preliminary analysis of publicly accessible website content and with organising internal review notes. Customer-facing recommendations are reviewed before they are sent. Our on-site Elysian Guide keeps a short recent conversation history in your browser session so it can continue across pages. When server-side AI mode is enabled, your question, recent chat context and relevant page context may be sent securely to our AI service provider to generate a response; our integration is configured not to request response storage. Do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through these tools.
Booking and calendar processing
Our discovery-call booking experience is provided through Cal.com. When you choose a time or submit booking details, Cal.com processes the information needed to schedule and manage that appointment. Calendar availability may also be checked through a connected calendar service. These providers process booking information in accordance with their own privacy and data-processing terms.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses essential browser storage for interface preferences such as cookie choices. Embedded third-party services may use technologies required to provide their functionality. Additional analytics will only be added as the website's analytics setup is finalised.
